I finalised an Inspection and added the finalised date but want to take more photos.
To re-activate the Inspection:
1. In Zavanti, remove the ‘Finalised Inspection Date’.
2. Status will revert from Completed → NEW.
3. Sync the Inspection if it is still in Offline mode.
4. Download it again if needed.
5. Continue adding photos and comments.
Can I keep adding photos and comments if my Inspection is still NEW?
Yes. As long as the Inspection remains in NEW status, you
can continue adding photos and comments.
New photos will be added to the PCR
folder alongside previously synced photos.
Why is my Inspection showing NEW in Offline mode when I have already finalised it in Zavanti?
The reason is that the completed Inspection remains on your offline Inspection list. Once you are finished with it, offload (remove) the downloaded Inspection to clear it from the Offline list and remove local data/photos.
I cannot see the camera icon.
Camera icon does not appear when:
•Inspection is completed.
•Inspection is partially synced with Work Tasks.
•Inspection was not downloaded correctly.
The app shows a red cloud icon.
The Inspection contains unsynced changes. Sync before removing or finalising.
