Where Photos Are Stored
After syncing, photos can be found in Zavanti Housing under:
Related > Documents > PCR (or METH, where applicable) within the Inspection record.
The electronic PCR report will automatically retrieve photos from SharePoint and compile them into a single Inspection document, which you may then save to SharePoint or export for printing.
How to verify your photos and data are synced
•Confirm the green cloud icon appears next to the Inspection in the app.
•In Zavanti (web), open the Inspection and check the Documents > PCR folder for uploaded photos.
•If photos are missing, check that the sync completed successfully and retry syncing if needed.
