Create and Print Delivery Docket from Sales Order

Delivery dockets contain information about delivery of the sales order items.

1.  Ensure Sales Orders is open

2.  Select the Sales Order we created in the previous exercise

3.  Right click and choose Print Delivery Docket

4.  Choose the print settings
