This is where you maintain information on the Builders used by you in your Projects. This information is informational only and appears on reports and in Sales Maintenance. It can also be used for creating documents in MS Word and Excel.
1. Select a menu path of Maintenance Ø Builders.

3. To create a new builder, select the New button. The following window will be displayed:
4. The Code field is used to give the Builder a unique identifier. We suggest the use of a numeric code, though alphanumeric format is also accepted. Enter a value and press Tab.
5. The Name field is used to input the Builder’s name. Enter a value and press Tab.
6. The Address field is used to input the Builder’s street or postal location. Enter a value and press Tab.
7. The Telephone field is used to record the Builder’s contact telephone number. Enter a value and press Tab.
8. The Fax field is used to record the Builder’s contact fax number. Enter a value and press Tab.
9. The Mobile field is used to record the Builder’s contact mobile number. Enter a value and press Tab.
10. The Registration Number field is used to record the Builder’s registration number. Enter a value and press Tab.
11. The ABN field is used to record the Builder’s Australian Business Number. Enter a value and press Tab.
12. The ACN field is used to record the Builder’s Australian Company Number. Enter a value and press Tab.
