The purpose of regions is that you may have estates that exist in different geographical areas, i.e. states, in which conveyancing procedures differ. A purpose for which you could use this is settlement statements, where you have different types of rate adjustments and/or different settlement costs etc., for example mortgage discharge fees.
1. Select a menu path of Maintenance Ø Regions.
2. The following window will be displayed:

3. To create a new region, select the New button from the Toolbar. The following window will be displayed:

4. The Region Code field is used to allocate the Region a unique identifier. Enter a value and press Tab.
5. The Region Name field is used to assign a meaningful name to the Region. Enter a value and press Tab.
6. Press the OK button. The refreshed Regions Listing window will be displayed as follows:
