Cross reference fields appearing in Timesheets report

In some situations, customers may have set up their systems to use the cross reference fields in the Job Costing defaults section:

These fields then appear in the Job Properties where users can store the details relevant to the job. When entering timesheets against a job using these cross reference fields, the cross reference fields in the timesheets (appearing with the column headings as per the settings in the Job Costing defaults) would then be populated with the data according to the job.

The software can print these details when printing the Time Sheet report, as per the screen shot below (where Xref1 and Xref2 are Cross Reference 1 and 2).
