This function is used to change the value of accounts within your Development and General Ledgers. As it is inevitable that you will sometimes choose an incorrect account, or enter a value incorrectly when you process one of the many transactions in the development ledger you will need the ability to change values,
It is this journal entry function that enables you to do this. You cannot in fact change the value of any posted transaction but you can post adjustments that correct the problem.
1. Select Menu Path Transactions Ø Disbursement Entry.
