1. Process an Order with a cost (or even nil cost) Sample Original Order – 20 x 3.00
2. Deliver the Stock by entering the Qty delivered
3. This will give the user to option to Raise Stock Req at current cost on PO
4. User accepts stock re and delivers 20 @ 3.00 to the job
5. Job Transactions shows $60.00 (20 x 3.00 as per PO)
6. Raise the Invoice to the PO – Invoice at a cost of 4.00
7. Inventory Item transactions tab shows original REQ
