From Job Costing screen - ‘Maintenance’ menu – select ‘Defaults’ menu. The ‘Use Withholding’ Default switch must be set for Withholding Tax to be calculated.
If ‘Australia Based’ formatting Rule has been set on Company Maintenance, this defaults to ON and is disabled. For NEW company setup – this screen must be SAVED once, even if no changes are made.
