You may maintain Improvement Additions easily via the Maintenance function.
1. Select a menu path of Maintenance Ø Stock Ø Improvement Additions and select the type of improvement that you would like to add. You may select from Colour, Finish, Air Conditioning, Outlook, Car parks and Storage.
2. To maintain Colour:
3. Select a menu path of Maintenance Ø Stock Ø Improvement Additions Ø Colour.
4. The following window will be displayed:
5. To create a new colour, select the New button. The following dialogue box will be displayed:
6. Nominate a unique value for the colour in the Code field. Press Tab.
7. Enter a name for the Colour into the Description field. Press the OK button. The refreshed Colour Maintenance window will be displayed as follows:
