Before uninstalling the software ensure you have the following items readily available:
•Zavanti ERP must be installed
•Mapping to the L: drive (or similar)
•ODBC drivers installed
•A sound knowledge of MS Excel and MS Query
•A knowledge of the Zavanti database tables required to extract the data
