Print a Purchase Order

Once you have entered an order, you can print it. When you print an order, you can also commit it. You cannot also commit an order that has not been printed. This enters this purchase order as a committed cost. Therefore, the amount on the purchase order is added to the committed costs value.

Printing purchase orders is a part of the cost committing process. Once we have printed a purchase order it indicates to the system that it is ready to be added to the committed cost figures.
