Before you process any sales, you will need to set your Cost of Sales percentage. Even if you are using the Land Area Recoupment method you will still need to set a percentage of zero.
1. Select a menu path Ø Set Estate/Project Cost of Sales.
2. The following window will be displayed:
3. To nominate a new value, enter a percentage value into the Cost of Sale Percentage field and press the OK button. The window will be refreshed with the new value.
