The Company reporting of the System Trial Balance Report, the Profit/Loss report, and the balance sheet allow us to view the overall financial position of our enterprise.
We can now review the overall financial status and view the System Trial Balance.
1. Open the General Ledger. Ensure you are using the correct Company
2. Post your General Ledger Journals by clicking on the Post Jn button, and follow the prompts
3. Click on Reports, System Trial Balance
4. Choose the Account, Cost Centre, Department combination if required. Cost Centres and Departments are only available if selected in the general ledger defaults
5. Click Preview
6. Review the report then close the report
