CALENDAR |
A calendar option will be provided that will allow the use to set the ‘non working’ days, e.g. Public holidays. The days flagged here are ignored when setting the ‘Scheduled’ task date. This calendar only applied to ‘Day’ type Task Work Schedules. This is to ONLY to be maintained on a ‘company’ level for ALL ‘Day’ type Task Work schedules and will apply to ALL ‘Day’ type Task Work Schedules within that company database. When used in conjunction with the specified DAY and the WORK DAYS fields, as maintained Task Schedule Details Maintenance, and the ‘Start Date’ maintained on the Job Task screen, the system will calculate the ‘Scheduled Dates’ for each task at the Job level, specifically ignoring these ‘non working’ days maintained on this calendar function. |
