The Stock Enquiry and FIFO window gives us inventory information on the Item. We select the Item, and click the enquiry button. FIFO refers to the way in which stock moves, First In, First Out.
1. Ensure Inventory is open in Tree View
2. Select the
Item Group and Item,
Examine the Item tab
3. The item tab displays the Selling Prices and Last Cost for the item
4. Click on the Movement tab, and examine the details
5. The Movement tab displays the Opening Stock, Movement and Closing Stock for the displayed Period. Qty on Hand is displayed for each Location
6. Click on the Transactions tab
7. All Transactions related to this item for this period are displayed.
8. Click on the
FIFO tab
This shows a list of stock that have come in and the costs related
to that stock
9. If a Qty is displayed as “Without Cost” this would mean that a delivery has been processed but no invoice yet recorded.
