When a Voucher has been created or modified (saved), an email will be sent to the assigned user selected (as per USER email address) with the following details:
SUBJECT: A Zavanti ERP Voucher has been assigned to you
EMAIL TEXT: Voucher: nnnnnnn - aaaaaaaaaaa
has been assigned to you for attention
Supplier : xxxxxxxx – aaaaaaaaaaaa
The EMAIL is sent when the user clicks the SAVE button or exists the screen using the OK button.
Email will only be sent if the new Voucher Default setting “Send email notification” is ‘Y’.
An email is not sent if the Voucher is ASSIGNED TO the login user (self).
If an email address does not exist for the ASSIGNED TO user, then display a message will be displayed “Email address does not exist for assigned user. An email will not be sent”.
