Please Note Version 12.1 is the 1st release of STP Phase 2 and allows you to do all necessary data modifications but you will still report in STP Phase 1 format to the ATO.
Version 12.1.1 upgrade is Stage 2 of the STP updates as advised with the release of Version 12.1. This version allows clients who have updated their payroll details to meet STP reporting and now lodge STP 2 format reports. Once upgraded to this version you cannot go back.
In Version 12.1.1 certain data fields in the maintenance functions are non-editable after they have been used in a finalised Pay Run. This is due to the data requirements/constraints with STP 2 reporting. Details of fields locked are noted below.
To simplify future creation of work types etc we have introduced a new Copy function using either a right mouse click or menu selection.
