Cancellations

Work Task s can be cancelled if no longer required or if circumstances change. It may be that the work is being given to another Contractor, or the issue has been resolved without the need for the Contractor. Cancellation Requests can be made in the Contractor Portal or initiated by CHP. When initiated internally, Cancellations can be completed immediately if the total spend is within your Delegation of Authority Limit; if not, you will need to send the Cancellation of the Work Task for Approval.
