The Contractor Portal enables your Maintenance Contractors to receive and process Work Tasks. To grant access, you'll need to run a flow in Zavanti once the Organisation is active. This will generate their login credentials and send an Email with instructions about accessing the portal and logging in. The Contractor Portal is only for use by Maintenance Contractor Organisations.
What can be done in the Contractor Portal:

•Access Property information
•Upload Before/After Photos and Compliance Documents
•Update Work Completion Status
•Submit Invoices electronically
•Request Variations and Time Extensions
•Submit Quotations
•Request Work Task Cancellations
