This is one of the most frequently used portal functions, allowing the Tenant to report Maintenance issues at his Property.

The Maintenance Requests screen is divided into two sections:
Top Section - Maintenance Requests:
•Displays Requests submitted through the portal that have not yet been actioned by staff
•Shows the current status of each Request
Bottom Section - Work Tasks:
•Displays Maintenance Requests that have been approved and converted to work orders
•Shows work orders that have been sent to contractors
•Includes status updates on active repairs
