Maintenance Requests 

This is one of the most frequently used portal functions, allowing the Tenant to report Maintenance issues at his Property. 

The Maintenance Requests screen is divided into two sections: 

Top Section - Maintenance Requests: 

      Displays Requests submitted through the portal that have not yet been actioned by staff 

      Shows the current status of each Request 

Bottom Section - Work Tasks: 

      Displays Maintenance Requests that have been approved and converted to work orders 

      Shows work orders that have been sent to contractors 

      Includes status updates on active repairs
