Variations adjust Work Task scope and cost either before or after invoicing.
Sometimes, the Contractor informs CHP that a Variation is required for a Work Task, for example the Scope of Work is incorrect, or the Price isn't right.
Variation Requests can be made in the Contractor Portal or initiated by CHP within Zavanti.
