Voucher Defaults Maintenance – “Send email notification” check box
The CHECK BOX "Send email notification" is to be used to control whether emails are sent to the assigned user. Do not check this box if you do not want users to receive automatic emails
•You can reset the defaults at any time.
•Voucher Delay Days – this calculates number of days BEFORE the next run date, the date that the Voucher is due to be entered/complete in order to make the next pay run.
•Status – this is user defined – see Create Status Code
