The Zavanti Tenant Portal is web-based platform that enables Tenants to access key information about their Tenancy and communicate with CHP. This portal connects directly to Zavanti Housing in real-time, providing up-to-date information about rent accounts, Maintenance Requests, Inspections, and other Tenancy matters.
The portal is accessible from any device including desktop computers, tablets, and mobile phones, with the interface automatically adapting to the screen size.
The Tenant Portal is designed as a Request collection system, not an automated processing system. This means:
•All submissions through the portal (Feedback, Maintenance Requests, Amendment Requests, etc.) are captured in Zavanti Housing but require staff review and action
•Nothing happens automatically without staff intervention and approval
The portal does not maintain its own separate database. Instead:
•It connects directly to Zavanti Housing in real-time
•All information displayed is current and accurate
•Changes made by staff in Zavanti are immediately reflected in the portal
When submitting Requests through the portal, staff could be notified through multiple channels (depending on organizational configuration):

•Email Notifications
•Task Creation
